A mini retreat for the whole self. This two hour session is an unraveling and a welcoming for body and mind. We will rest into the most gentle of restorative poses to soothe the nervous system, with nourishing and slow free-movement placed carefully inbetween. Explore yogic breath practices, assisted by aromatherapy to settle tension, and be embraced by a sound cocoon that shifts brain waves into a slower state. An immersive sensory experience of calm.
